Photography Usage Rights and Disclaimer

Ownership and Copyright

 

All photographs taken by Haris Pap Photography are the exclusive property of Haris Pap Photography. When purchasing photos from our site, you are not buying the actual photographs, but rather the right to use them under specific conditions. The copyright remains with Haris Pap Photography at all times.

Usage Rights

 

Purchasing a photo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the photo for personal or commercial purposes, as specified at the time of purchase. Usage rights include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal use (e.g., printing for personal display, using on personal social media accounts)

  • Commercial use (e.g., marketing materials, websites, advertisements)
     

Restrictions

 

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or transfer the photo to any third party

  • Claim the photo as your own or remove any watermarks or copyright notices

  • Use the photo in any way that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise illegal
     

Attribution

When using the photos, you must credit Haris Pap Photography as the original photographer. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Social media posts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram)

  • Publications

  • Websites

  • Marketing materials

The credit should be placed in a manner that is reasonable and appropriate to the medium where the photo is used. Please use "@harispap.photography" for social media posts and "Haris Pap Photography" for other uses.
 

Liability

Haris Pap Photography is not responsible for any misuse of the photographs by the purchaser or any third party. By purchasing and using the photos, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haris Pap Photography from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the photos.
 

Termination of Rights

Haris Pap Photography reserves the right to revoke usage rights if the terms of this disclaimer are violated. In such cases, you must immediately cease using the photos and delete all copies in your possession.
 

Changes to This Disclaimer

Haris Pap Photography reserves the right to modify this disclaimer at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates.
